While visiting friends in Hamilton, I tried Holy Smoke's drunken chicken at The Farmer's Market. What great BBQ ! I've eaten BBQ all over the country and this is the best I've found. And the rice and beans were really tasty too! Wish you worked closer to where I live.

Holy Smoke catered my mothers 60th BirthDay Party. We chose more of an upscale menu and boy were we surprised. It was like eating at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton in our lake house on Hatch Lake. Thank you Holy Smoke for a memorable day !
