While visiting friends in Hamilton, I tried Holy Smoke's drunken chicken at The Farmer's Market. What great BBQ ! I've eaten BBQ all over the country and this is the best I've found. And the rice and beans were really tasty too! Wish you worked closer to where I live.

Doug's Holy Smoke BBQ recently catered our mother's/mother-in-law's 75th birthday party at Madison Lake. All of the party-goers could not say enough about how wonderful the food and service was. Most everyone went back for seconds and asked us how we were lucky enough to find this caterer, especially in the middle of a very busy summer season!
The food was outstanding, and the presentation was top notch. Doug was very accommodating and ready to serve at a moment's notice. We will definitely be contacting Holy Smoke BBQ to cater our future events!

Holy Smoke BBQ catered my daughter's graduation party and the food was a hit! I ordered their classic pulled pork and drunken chicken, plus Chef Doug was nice enough to make some Mexican specialities - carnitas, guacamole and chicken mole.

The food was sensational at my wedding, thanks to Holy Smoke BBQ! We worked with the owners, Doug and Magadalena, to create our ideal gourmet menu. We started with a variety of appetizers - filet mignon with garlic toast and a touch of Bernaise sauce, spicy BBQ shrimp, and a crudite platter. For dinner we were served a beautiful Balsamic vinaigrette salad with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, followed by garlic roasted potatoes, succulent prime rib, and salmon with a champagne-dill sauce. To end the amazing meal, we devoured Magdalena's double chocolate mousse cake and apple cobbler squares. I recommend Holy Smoke BBQ for any event - my guests went home full and happy!
